This service offers focused, emotionally attuned counseling sessions – designed to bring relief, clarity, and grounded support when you're going through a challenging time.
With clinical experience in emotional trauma work, holistic art-based therapy, and family systems, I offer a presence that is warm, informed, and deeply respectful of each person's unique process.
When is this helpful?
Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, inner tension
Moments of transition – such as relocation, career shifts, family change, birth or loss
Feeling emotionally stuck, confused, or fragmented
Parenting challenges, inner conflict, or relationship fatigue
Past experiences (even from childhood) that resurface and need holding
Special focus:
I also work with children and parents navigating emotional challenges, behavioral changes, or family transitions – using creative, body-based and attachment-informed approaches. Sessions may involve guided play, art materials, or parent–child reflection, depending on the age and need.
What does a session look like?
Confidential, non-pathologizing, and sensitive to trauma responses
May include talk therapy, art, somatic reflection, or intuitive methods like card reading or psycho-astrology – as appropriate
