What if subtle movement could spark real transformation – in your body, your mind, and your emotional world?
The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic practice based on gentle, mindful movement that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. By tuning in to how you move, sit, walk or breathe, you develop deeper awareness, ease, and freedom – not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally.
This method is not about stretching or straining – it’s about learning how to move differently, from within.
Who is it for?
Adults dealing with chronic pain, tension, fatigue or poor posture
Children with developmental delays, coordination difficulties, or sensory challenges
Musicians and dancers who seek fluidity, control and injury prevention
Athletes looking to refine technique, enhance performance and recover from injuries
Anyone who wants to move through life with greater grace and presence
What can it help with?
Improving posture and balance effortlessly
Enhancing body awareness and coordination
Supporting emotional regulation through nervous system calm
Reducing chronic pain, stiffness and unnecessary effort
Rebuilding trust and curiosity in movement
How does it work?
Sessions may be individual (“Functional Integration”) – where I guide you through hands-on movement while you lie or sit comfortably – or in small group classes (“Awareness Through Movement”), where you follow gentle verbal instructions.
No experience is necessary. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or even “good at movement.” You just need curiosity.
